ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 17.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.23683 of 2016 in W.P.No.19301 of 2016, wherein the respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner on the basis of qualification obtained by her irrespective of the fact that the certificate was obtained from Bethesda Institute of Health Sciences, if she is otherwise qualified for appointment to the post of ANM/MPHA (F).

Learned Government Pleader for Medical & Health submits that a speaking order was passed on 22.8.2016 rejecting the case of the petitioner.

This Court is of the view that the said rejection order can be considered in the pending writ petition and no further orders need be passed in the present contempt case.

In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a request before the Court concerned for early hearing of the matter.
