The subject matter in all these Writ Petitions has become infructuous since notices under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., issued on 12-11-2018, directing appearance of the petitioners before the police on 19-11-2018, are challenged in these Writ Petitions and the said date is already over.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
