Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13407 and 13408 OF 2017 These two Petitions are filed under Section 320(6) and 302(2) Cr.P.C. seeking leaving of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 415, 420, 405, 406, 464, 468 r/ w 34 IPC and to record compromise in C.C.No.715 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad as the matter is settled as they entered into compromise outside of the Court due to invention of elders as per terms and conditions mentioned in the joint memo. De facto complaint and the accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the parties stated that they settled the issue outside the Court due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they intend to lead peaceful life.

As the matter was settled outside the Court, if the Court insists to proceed with the trial, there is every possibility of turning the witnesses hostile. Hence, to avoid the waste of Court time, as the matter settled outside the Court, to put quietus to the dispute, I find that it is a fit case to grant permission to compound the offences stated above. Ac cordingly, these two Petitions are ordered.

Crl.P.No.11092 of 2017 In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13407 and 13408 of 2017, the present Petition is allowed in terms of the joint memo filed by both parties. No costs. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the joint memo filed by both parties to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
