This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A4 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.38 of 2015 on the file of Chinthapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(a ) r/w 20(b) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners and another were found transporting 300 kgs of ganja.

Since the quantity of ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
