This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.130 of 2017 on the file of the Bellampalli II Town Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of I.P.C.

Today when this matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject crime of this Criminal Petition was transferred to another police station and a criminal petition is filed in the transferred crime and is numbered. 3 .

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
