THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10290 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in Crime No.130 of 2012 of Falaknuma P.S., Hyderabad City, for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, on various grounds.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana informed that the crime has been referred as "Lack of Evidence" and furnished a copy of the letter dated 27.10.2017 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Falaknuma P.S., Hyderabad City.

In view of the letter abovementioned, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.
