S.Balaraju v. Sri Ch. Ramana Kumar
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 3249 of 2018 ORDER :
This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders of this Court dated 01.10.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.34593 of 2018 & I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP No.35073 of 2018, wherein and whereby this Court passed the order as follows: "In view of the same, there shall be interim direction to the Convener, Language Pandit Training Common Entrance Test-2018, office of Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, to conduct counselling in respect of colleges having affiliation, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 2.
Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that there is no college having affiliation, as such, counseling could not be conducted.
3.
Reply affidavit is filed by the petitioners along with documents stating that affiliation is not required for Telugu Pandit Training Course.
4.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent. 5.
In this case, it is to be seen that this Court directed the Convener, Language Pandit Training Common Entrance Test-2018 to conduct counseling in respect of colleges having affiliation. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already paid affiliation fees. However, the aspect whether the affiliation is required for counseling or not cannot be gone into in this Contempt Case.
In view of above facts and circumstances, I do not see any willful violation of the orders passed by this Court. However, it is open for the petitioners to raise all such contentions in the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
