THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10956 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.713 of 2017 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad for the offences punishable under Sections 493 and 420 IPC.

In the course of submissions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner married the de facto complainant on 25.09.2017 in Arya Samaj, Secunderabad. There is a statement of the victim to drop all further proceedings against the petitioner. Legal opinion was also sought. The police also dropped the proceedings against the petitioner.

Under these circumstances, there is nothing to decide in this petition on merits.
