THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.39539 OF 2017 ORDER: (oral) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Pursuant to order dated 22.11.2017, Mrs. P. Vijaya Lakshmi is present in Court, who has admitted that she married with the petitioner at her own wish. She is more than 21 years old. She would like to stay with her parents.

2. Keeping in view the fact that Mrs. P. Vijaya Lakshmi, who is present in Court is born on 28.06.1995. Though married with the petitioner, however at her wish, she is staying with her parents.

3. In view of the statement made by her, since Major, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
