A.Harish Kumar v. State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43635 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in not passing any orders on the interlocutory application filed in the revision petition dated 26.11.2018, against the order dated 4.10.2018, passed by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner filed the stay application along with the revision petition dated 26.11.2018, against the order dated 4.10.2018, passed by the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.F2/6706/2017, the 1st respondent did not pass any orders either in the stay petition or in the main appeal, so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent, to deal with the stay application/revision filed by the petitioner in Rc.No.
F2/6706/2017, as the case may be and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. Till such time, status quo existing as on today, to be maintained with regard to the possession of the subject property. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
