THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39528 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that the 3rd respondent is interfering and is attempting to dispossess him from the subject land allotted to him.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
