O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was filed alleging disobedience to the order dated 15.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40413 of 2015. It is now stated that subsequent to the passing of this order, the main writ petition itself was disposed of. Further, perusal of the order reflects that there was no positive mandate to the second respondent herein to deliver vacant possession as the concluding portion of the order reflects that only in case the vacant possession of the site is delivered, the sale certificate is to be executed and registered.

In that view of the matter, we find no cause to exercise contempt jurisdiction in the present case.
