This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-consideration of replies submitted by the petitioners to the notices dated 18-09-2018 issued by the 4th respondent for assignment of land under freedom fighter quota, as being illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions, in the interest of justice. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the case of the petitioners is considered and orders are passed vide endorsement dated 20-11-2018 rejecting their cases.

3. In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and orders are passed, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to assail the endorsement dated 20-11-2018 passed by the 4th respondent, if so advised.
