The case of the petitioners is that petitioners made representation dated 06.11.2017 to the 5th respondent seeking permission to let out waste water from their house bearing D.Nos.11-528 and 11-527 into the Gram Panchayat drainage. As no action has been taken on the said representation of the petitioner, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent. Since the application of the petitioner dated 06.11.2017 seeking permission to lay waste water pipe line from their houses to the Grampanchayat main drain, is stated to be pending before the 5th respondent, the 5th respondent is directed to take action on the application of the petitioners, in accordance with Rules within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
