THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION Nos.25336, 25338 and 25339 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M. Seetharama Murti) These three writ petitions are filed assailing the common order dated 15.06.2016 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.Nos.2181, 2182 and 2183 of 2016. By the said common order, the Tribunal dismissed the Original Applications filed by the petitioners herein aggrieved by the action of the authorities in not regularizing their services in the cadre of Deputy Collector and directed the petitioners/applicants to await decision of the Government on their recent representation.

We have heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleaders for the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The only grievance of the petitioners appears to be that their common representation dated 29.12.2014 and the reminder dated 27.04.2016 are not being considered and appropriate orders are not being passed by the Government.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that if a direction is given to the Government to consider the common representation and the reminder of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, the grievance of the petitioners for the present would be redressed.

In reply to the submission of the learned Senior Counsel, learned Government Pleaders would submit that if an order as sought for by the learned Senior Counsel is passed, that would sub-serve the ends of justice.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the matter, we feel that it is not necessary at this stage to put the third respondent on

notice in these writ petitions and the writ petitions can be disposed of with appropriate directions.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are allowed setting aside the common order under challenge and the Governments of the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are directed to consider the petitioners' common representation dated 29.12.2014 and the reminder dated 27.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereafter, if necessary, by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the third respondent and any other party who may be affected by the orders that may eventually be passed, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
