It is the case of the petitioner that though she filed an application dated 08.09.2015 before the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar for survey and demarcation of the property, no action is being taken. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 08.09.2015 is pending with the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 08.09.2015 and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
