THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9553 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that the 4th respondent is not completing the de novo enquiry as directed by the 3rd respondent on 26.07.2013, even though the said order was confirmed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.D2/2721/2013 dt.27.01.2014. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 states that the 4th respondent will complete the de novo enquiry within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 5th respondent.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the de novo enquiry, as directed by the 3rd respondent by order dt.26.07.2013, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 5th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
