The grievance of the petitioners is that names of the petitioners were deleted from the subject land i.e. Ac.3-57 cents in Sy.No.301 situated at Navodaya Colony road, Ananthapuram in revenue records. On that the petitioners have made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 08-10-2018 for correction of the same. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who states that the petitioners have made application only, but they have to file necessary appeal before the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks and on filing such appeal, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law after issuing notice to affected parties, within a period of six weeks thereafter. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
