This petition is filed under Section 482 read with 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C. seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed in the order dated 30.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2466 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
