This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.41 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.67 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Adoni of Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Section 188 IPC.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the question, which falls for consideration in the present Criminal Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Criminal Petition Nos.8798 of 2017, dt.19.09.2017. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is also allowed on the same lines to that of Criminal Petition No. 8798 of 2017 dt. 19.09.2017. The Registry is directed to append the Order Dt. 19.09.2017 in Criminal Petition No. 8798 of 2017.

The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
