The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not causing obstruction to the constructions that are being made by the 4th respondent in the property covered by S.No.87/5 of Chinnagantyada Village, Visakhapatnam District as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, would submit that the unauthorised constructions made by the 4th respondent has already been removed and nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
