HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17070 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners/A.4 and A.5 seeks direction thereby to enlarge them on bail in connection with Crime No.65 of 2016 of Elkthurthy Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Keeping in view the huge quantity of ganja recovered in the present case, i.e., 186 kgs and the petitioners had played active role in the present case and as there is another crime of similar offence registered against the petitioners in Madhya Pradesh State, I am not inclined enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
