The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 represented by their GPA Holder by name Mohammed Azher Hussain S/o. Late Khaja Hussain vide stamp endorsement No.6136/2017 dated 18.09.2017 in Crl.P.M.P.No.11471 of 2017 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.269 of 2015 of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 & 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
