The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject lands situated in Polishettygudem Village, Khammam Rural Mandal and District under sale deed on 05-08-2012 and she made an application on 25-10-2018 along with Form VI-A to the 4th respondent for entering his name in revenue records. As the same is not being considered, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
