This writ petition is filed seeking cancellation of licence of 6th respondent-Friends Bar & Restaurant on the allegation that renewal of licence of 6th respondent by respondents 2 to 4 is illegal and arbitrary. 2.

This Court, on 21.01.2019, after considering the arguments advanced across the bar by the learned counsel for petitioner and also the learned counsel for the respondents that the 6th respondent has made an application seeking permission to shift the Bar and Restaurant to some other premises and the said application is under process, a direction was issued to the 2nd respondent to pass necessary orders within a week. 3.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the proceedings dated 04.01.2019 of the District Prohibition and Excise Officer, Khammam, wherein it is stated that on 23.12.2018, the application of the 6th respondent for shifting the Bar and Restaurant was considered permitting him to shift the Bar and Restaurant to the premises bearing No.2-100/A1, Pedda Thanda, Khammam.

In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be made in the writ petition.
