It is the case of the petitioner that he filed revision under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act and the same is numbered as B1/1190/18 on 25-08-2018. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of revision filed by the petitioner after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any, and take action within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
