Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 03.02.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients had instructed him to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to enable them to file a fresh case. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
