HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43799 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the application submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a small house at Plot No.14, situated at Sy.No.412/A, Block No.43, S.S.V. Colony, Moula-Ali within the limits of Malkajgiri Circle, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application to the respondents on 09.10.2018, seeking permission to construct a small house in the subject premises, no action has been taken so far.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, would submit that the respondent-authorities may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4, to deal with the application dated 09.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a small house in the subject premises, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
