Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.2 and 3 on bail in connection with Cr.No. 448 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge to try the offences under NDPS Act at Visakhapatnam.
