THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43733 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

Seeking enforcement of the decree, dated 24.10.2017, passed by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, in O.S.No.297 of 2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

The grievance of the petitioners, in the present Writ Petition, is that, despite a complaint made by them, respondent-police authorities are not granting police aid.

In view of the availability of alternative remedy of moving an appropriate application, for enforcement of the decree before the competent Court, to the petitioners herein, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with a liberty to the petitioners herein to avail the alternative remedy open as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
