This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC assailing the Order dated 20.06.2016 passed in E.P.No.49 of 2015 in O.S.No.66 of 2014 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Avanigadda.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that by the impugned Order, the Executing Court ordered attachment of the salary of the respondent-Judgment Debtor on payment of process within three days by 20.07.2016.

No interim order is granted by this Court from 29.07.2016 onwards. As per the proviso to Section 60(i) of CPC, salary is liable to be attached for a continuous period of twenty four months. The attachment period of twenty four months is already over. In view of the above, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
