SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11125 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed against them in Crl.M.P. No.1971 of 2017 in Crime No.154 of 2016. The condition being that the petitioners should attend before the concerned Police Station on every Sunday at 10:30 a.m., till further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the said order since the date of its imposition, which is on 12.07.2017.

Learned Public Prosecutor also does not refute the said contention of the petitioners counsel.

Hence, considering the above and the nature of offence, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the condition, to the extent of directing the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 to appear before the S.H.O. P.S., C.C.S., Hyderabad, on every Sunday at 10:30 a.m., till further orders, is relaxed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
