This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.59 of 2017, on the file of Rajoli Police Station, Jogulamba District, registered as 'Man Missing'.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent- State and perused the record.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in the above case. As per the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the accusation against the petitioners in this case is not yet determined. It has been submitted that there were some land disputes between the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the person, who is stated to be missing.

In these circumstances, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 shall not be arrested in connection with the above Crime for a period of three months from the date of this order. The Investigation Officer can call the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 to the Police Station once in a week, if required, and investigate the subject Crime.
