HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.3193 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.8941 of 2018 dated 19.03.2018.

Heard Sri D.V. Shrikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority and perused the material available on record.

By the aforesaid order dated 19.03.2018, this Court directed respondent No.2 therein - the Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, respondent No.2 therein, after considering the representation of the petitioner in terms of G.O. Ms. No.288 dated 03.04.2008, inspected the subject property and observed that petitioner's plot is not identifiable in the ground and also it is located in un-approval lay out and the said application was rejected vide order dated 17.01.2019 and the same was communicated to the petitioner. In view of the compliance of the order in considering representation of the petitioner, no further orders are necessary.

In the said circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. However, petitioner is given liberty in the even he chooses to file writ petition to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
