O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 26.09.2018 to the 2nd respondent Tahnsildar for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of subject property, and in pursuance of same, the 2nd respondent vide his endorsement in R.C.No.82/2018(C.A.) dated 27.09.2018 sought the petitioner to produced certain documents mentioned in the said endorsement. The further case of the petitioner is that though he produced the documents as sought by 2nd respondent, no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the petitioner claims to have submitted the required documents as per endorsement of the 2nd respondent dated 27.09.2018, the said respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With petition is accordingly disposed of.
