THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.10623 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, lt is revealed that the subject case in the trial Court ended as allowed in part on contest and the same was disposed of on 06-12-2018. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
