Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated: 02.11.2017 in Crl.P No. 10266 of 2017 directing the petitioner "attend before the said Station House Officer on every second and fourth Saturdays between 9.00 and 10.00 am till filing charge sheet" cRrP NO. 10266 0F 2011:

Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grourds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Cr.No. 356 of 201 of P.S. Gadwal Town, Jogulamba. The Petition coming on lor hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 02.11.2017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Vamsheedhar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in CRLP.No.10255 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 being that the petitioners shall attend rl before the Station House Officer on every second and fourth Saturdays between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing of the charge sheet. The counsel for the petitioners submits/that the petitioners have been complying with the above condition and that there is no adverse report with regard to the compliance of the above condition since its imposition. The Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission.

Hence, the condition, which is to the effect that the petitioners shall attend before the Station House Officer on every second and fourth Saturdays between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing of the charge sheet, is relaxed.

The petition is allowed.
