The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in crime No.271 of 2018 on the file of Vinukonda Town Police Station, Guntur District, original registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 323, 506 509 r/w 34 IPC, later police filed alteration memo dated 09.09.2018 by adding the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(va) and 3(1)(r) & (s) of SC & ST (POA) Amended Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in crime No.271 of 2018 on the file of Vinukonda Town Police Station, Guntur District, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
