ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A3 and A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.483 of 2015 of Karimnagar I Town Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 IPC and u/s.27 of Indian Arms Act and Sections 3 and 5 of Money Lending Act.
2. Heard and perused the material available on record.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant and others purchased a house and land for Rs.21,50,000/- per one gunta and paid Rs.40 lakhs in three installments through J. Venugopal Rao and with regard to the said property, a civil suit is also pending and in that regard, A1 asked them to pay Rs.30 lakhs for closing the case and when they disclosed their inability, the accused obtained checks, three empty bonds, promissory notes and threatened them with dire consequences.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners were arrested on 25.11.2015 and 17.11.2015 respectively, in another case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 IPC and 3, 5 (a) & (b) of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Money Lenders Act, on the file of the same police station and thereafter, the investigating agency filed PT warrants for production of the petitioners before the Court concerned in 43 cases, and they were remanded to judicial custody and granted bail in all the 43 cases and were released on bail since the police failed to file charge sheet within statutory period. Further, the present crime is also pending on the same
police station where the other cases are pending and the cases are arising out of the same transaction in the same district and even after knowing the pendency of the present crime, the police have not produced them on PT warrant before the Court concerned for remand and the police are trying to arrest the petitioners in the above case.
5. In view of the above submissions, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, without arresting the petitioners/A3 and A4. In the event of necessity, the police concerned are directed to issue notice to the petitioners for their appearance before the investigating agency for the purpose of investigation. On issuance of such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the investigating agency and give an undertaking as to their future appearance as and when required by the investigating agency for the purpose of investigation.
6. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
