On a slip being moved by Sri S.R. Sanku, learned counsel for the appellants, the Registry was directed to list the present appeal today under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the dispute is settled outside the Court, as the parties entered into compromise and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for appellants, permission is granted.
