THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.27326 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the Proceedings No.C/51/2015, dated 24.01.2015 issued by the third respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner as fair price shop dealer, as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent passed the order on 20.08.2016 cancelling the authorization of the petitioner as fair price shop dealer. He also filed a copy of the said order. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
