Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 on the petitioner's application dated 27.04.2016 submitted for granting of pattadar pass books and title deeds in view of orders passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Nellore dated 22.03.1966 in proceedings S.P.No.468/ 11(a)/ 63/ P1 as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an application was made on 27.04.2016 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, till date the authorities have not considered the same. Learned Government Pleader submits that the application made by the petitioner was not through Mee Seva, but through post and hence the said application was not considered.

Having regard to the above, the petitioner is directed to make fresh application in Form-6A within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in which event, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of making such application.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
