O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land of the petitioner, the present writ petition has been field. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submitted that in view of the amendments to Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Rules, 1989, made vide G.O.Ms.No.255 Revenue (EA & AR) Department dated 18.6.2016, the petitioner has to file an application through Mee Seva Centre. As the petitioner has not made any such application, his claim could not be considered. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make necessary application through Mee Seva Centre for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Petitioner can move such application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the same shall be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
