THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12720 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in considering the representation of the petitioners dated 18.3.2016 requesting to remove respondent No.5 as Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.13 of Chokkampet Village, Balanagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 16.4.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
