This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "......to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action for considering the representation dated 27-102018 submitted by the petitioner seeking to cancel the entries made in favour of respondents 6 and 7 and others for the lands in S.No.93/AA to an extent of Ac.4gts, 94/AA to an extent of Ac.1-08 Gts., Sy.No.373/AA to an extent of Ac.5-17 gts., Sy.No.374/AA to an extent of Ac.1-38 gts., Sy.No.375/AA to an extent of Ac.5-24 gts., and in S.no.376/AA to an extent of Ac.5-32 gts of Kondareddypally village, Balmoor Mandal which were classified as Peerla Inam, even after lapse of almost a month as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of principles of natural justice and fair play, and consequently direct the respondents to consider and take action on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner forthwith, and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper."

perusal of contents of representation dated 27-10-2018 goes to show that they are as vague as can be and the petitioner is requesting stoppage of illegal sale of the above lands. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not brought to my notice provision of law which empowers the Tahsildar to stop the sales.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from availing alternative remedies available to him. There shall be no order as to costs.
