ORDER

Ms. Ratnamala, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Y. Sudhakar, submits that in similar circumstances, this Court dismissed the petition in W.P.No.2354 of 2002 on 08.10.2010 and that as the present writ petition is identical to the said petition, she requested to dismiss this petition in terms of the order dated 08.10.2010 in W.P.No.2354 of 2002. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 08.10.2010 passed in W.P.No.2354 of 2002 by this Court. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
