THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33263 OF 2016 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioner that though he has made representation dated 05.09.2016 to the 3rd respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer, in pursuant to proceedings in Lr.No.L.A/ORR/Unit-I/166/06, dated 23.08.2013, to fix the boundaries and affect due mutation in Sy.No.219, 220 and 221 admeasuring Acs.11.21 guntas in Srinagar Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, R.R.District, but no orders are passed till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make necessary application through Mee-seva.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make fresh representation through Mee-seva for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the subject property.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application within a period of four weeks from today and on such application, the 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders on the same, in accordance with the law, by taking into account the proceedings dated 23.08.2013 passed by the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), within a period of

four weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
