AMARNATH GOUD FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.437 of 2017 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has filed letter dated 25.09.2018 to the Registry to get the appeal listed 'for withdrawal' on the ground that the parties have arrived at a compromise.

In view of the same, permission for withdrawal is granted and the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the appeal, stand closed.
