THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.11361 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has filed an application for rectification of Revenue entries in Pahanies and certain Revenue Records under Section 9 (b) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 before 3rd respondent and contends that even though the same has been numbered as Application No.15328/2014 on 09.12.2014, till date no orders have been passed therein by 3rd respondent. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that 3rd respondent will pass appropriate orders on the said application after issuing notice to 5th respondent within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application made by petitioner after issuing notice to 5th respondent within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
