HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6486 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the defendant aggrieved by the order dated 13-10-2017 in I.A.No.212 of 2017 in O.S.No.106 of 2008 whereunder the learned Junior Civil Judge, Narayanpet, Mahabubnagar District, allowed the petition filed by the respondent/plaintiff seeking amendment of the plaint. When the matter came up for hearing, Sri K. Venkatesh Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the C.R.P. but with liberty to file his additional written statement as against the amended plaint filed by the respondent/plaintiff in the lower court.

Considering the right of the petitioner/defendant to file additional written statement as against the submission made in the amended plaint, permission is granted to withdraw the C.R.P. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
